The Chuck Norris tier is the highest tier in the list. It is meant for the almighty Chuck Norris to be in; banned from the Uber tier. In the Chuck Norris tier, only one Chuck Norris is allowed per team, so it isn't an unlimited Chuck Norris battle, but a Uber battle where a single Chuck Norris is allowed to be used.
